At MINI A TURE we aim high. We produce outerwear in the best quality to be passed on for generations, keeping a high value on the secondhand market. Starting August 2023, we are proud to introduce a 10-year guarantee on our classic outerwear range. The guarantee applies to selected styles and will be clearly indicated on the product hang tag by a specific guarantee star.

HOW TO OBTAIN THE GUARANTEE

To claim the benefits of our 10-year guarantee, it is important to keep the original purchase receipt. The guaranty applies on products purchased from our authorized retailers or directly from the MINI A TURE online stores at www.miniature.dk or www.miniature.com.

Please note that the guarantee only applies along with the original purchase receipt. We suggest to save the receipt digitally or to capture a picture of it for safekeeping.

WHY 10-YEAR GUARANTEE?

The 10-year guarantee assures the consumer high quality and long-lasting outerwear. We are committed to repairing any product damage, whenever possible. If repair is not feasible, we will provide an exchange for a comparable or updated model. The general right of complaint is not affected by the guarantee.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES THE GUARANTEE COVER?

To align with environmental and transportation commitments, the 10-year guarantee applies to products purchased and delivered within the European Union.

WHAT DOES THE GUARANTEE COVER?

Our 10-year guarantee extends to cover the following issues:

  • Holes caused by natural wear and tear Broken zippers
  • Cuts along taped seams
  • Missing or broken snap buttons
  • Elastics for adjustment
  • Damage to rib edges from regular use

WHAT DOES THE GUARANTEE NOT COVER?

Please be aware that the following situations are not covered by our guarantee:

Detached components, such as buttons, foot straps, zipper pullers, and reflectors, which fall outside of the warranty scope. These items can be acquired from MINI A TURE's Customer Service team and replaced for a fee. Replacements will align with the prevailing design of such components at the time being.

Waterproofing: The highest level of waterproofing, meeting the product's WP standard, can be ensured for up to 10 washes. Beyond this point, it will gradually decline. For prolonged product life, we suggest minimal washing, wiping with a wet cloth, and brushing off mud when dry. Impregnation products are available in our webshop for potential re-impregnation needs.

Please be aware that the MINI A TURE 10-year guarantee does not extend to cover damage and wear occurring on the lower part of the trouser leg. This pertains specifically to the type of wear and tear that might arise if the trousers are oversized and consequently dragged along the ground.
