No. The fabric has a 12,000 mm (WP) water column, but the seams are not taped. The jacket is highly water-repellent rather than waterproof, and is best suited to light rain and wind rather than heavy or prolonged rain.

Can the MATADEN jacket be worn in winter?

The jacket has no insulation or padding, so it works best as a light outer layer for mild winter days or as a mid-layer under a warmer coat when temperatures drop.
