We encourage children to explore nature, be adventurous and curious. This often results in outerwear that may need a daily refreshment. To take care of the environment, we recommend minimising washing, saving both water and electricity. We recommend using a damp cloth to wipe off dirt and brushing off mud when dry. When it is necessary to wash the outerwear, it is important that you follow the product's washing instructions, which can be found on the care label sewn into the product.

Our wool products are soft and comfortable against the skin. That's why you should be gentle when washing them and always choose a low spin and cold wool programme. That way they will retain their shape and softness.

Water resistance
The water resistance of outerwear is reduced over time and the product's original water vapour pressure (WP) is guaranteed up to 10 washes. After that, the waterproofness will gradually decrease, which is why we also recommend not washing your outerwear so often. Waterproof outerwear can be re-impregnated as needed and you can buy waterproofing products directly from our webshop when shopping for outerwear.

We offer payment with Paypal, many different credit cards and Klarna. If you choose Klarna you can choose to pay now, in 30 days or in parts. Choose your preferred payment method at the checkout.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we cannot offer Klarna payment for our Swedish customers.

Payment with foreign-issued cards or business cards may incur a fee. The fee covers the additional costs associated with this payment method and is always shown before the payment is completed.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email from us with shipping information so you can track your order.

All orders that are shipped as parcels will have an associated tracking number. You will receive an email from the carrier with a tracking number, allowing you to track the package using the carrier's Track & Trace service.

Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to make changes to the order. This is because the order is immediately sent to our warehouse for fast processing and delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different color or size, please place a new order on our webshop and return the item(s) you don't want trough our return portal.

Help us reduce CO2 emissions💚
As of April 12th, 2025, we will introduce a return handling fee of 6,95 EUR on all returns. We do this because returns require extra transport and thus increased CO₂ emissions. At MINI A TURE we want to know and reduce our impact on the climate, and therefore we have decided to estimate the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with our activities. When a product is transported forth and then back - and forth again to a new customer - it emits more than if it is used by the first recipient. We want to minimise unnecessary returns, that are often due to uncertainty about size or fit. That's why we make an effort - through sizing guides and personalised guidance - to help you choose right the first time and hope that the return handling fee can help reduce the most unnecessary returns.

When you receive your package, a return form will be included, which should be filled out and enclosed with the returned package. This is done to ensure proper return handling and to provide you with the best possible service.

RETURNS PORTAL
We only refund via the original payment method used to place the order. Returns are subject to a return handling fee of 6,95 EUR and will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All products must be returned unused and in original condition, and the labels must not have been removed. If returned products are not in unused and original condition and with tags intact, we reserve the right to retain an appropriate amount.

When returning products, you should ensure that the products are securely packed. You are responsible for the package with the products until we receive it. Therefore, keep your receipt and any track & trace number.

If you wish to use your own carrier, the parcel must be returned directly to our warehouse at the address below, and you pay for the return shipping yourself. PLEASE NOTE! We do not collect parcels from post offices, parcel boxes or similar.

You have a 30-day return period when shopping on www.miniature.com.

It takes up to 2-6 business days (Mon-Fri) for your package to arrive and be processed at our warehouse. It may take up to 10 banking days for the money to be refunded to your account.

The amount will be charged to your card upon shipment and refunded to the same card in case of a return. If a product is sold out and cannot be delivered, you will only be charged for the items that are actually shipped.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT
If you discover that a product is defective, please contact our customer service before returning the product to us. Our customer service will then find the best possible solution for your specific case. In order to assess the warranty claim, you will either need to provide pictures of the product as documentation or return the product to us. This will be arranged with customer service when you get in touch. Write to us at web@miniature.com.

Do I have to pay for shipping in case of a warranty claim/defective item?
For valid warranty claims, we will naturally provide a free return label, or the details will be arranged between you and our Customer Service.

WARRANTY CLAIM
You have a two-year warranty on products according to Danish consumer law. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include wear and tear or faults resulting from improper handling or poor maintenance of the product. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time frame, no later than 2 months after discovering the fault. We will rectify any faults or defects that were present at the time of purchase and not caused by misuse, at no extra cost to you. This means you can have a defective product exchanged, repaired, or receive a price reduction based on the extent of the fault.

You must contact the retailer where you purchased the product. The retailer will then handle the warranty claim.

You can track the delivery using the carrier's track & trace number. You can also contact the carrier directly.

If this does not assist you, please feel free to contact our customer service, and we will help investigate the status of your package. Please write to us at web@miniature.com.

Items in our product range may be sold out on our own web shop. Therefore, if you desire a specific item, please contact our customer service, and they can inform you which of our dealers have bought this item. 

In the EU we offer free shipment for orders above 70 EURO.

Orders under EURO 70 are shipped with shipping rates starting from EURO 19. You can see the actual price before making payment.

If your order has been delivered to a pick-up point, please remember to collect it before it is returned, usually within 7-14 days. You can see on the tracking where your order is at.

In order to shop at www.miniature.com you must be 18 years old and hold a valid payment card, accepted by our shop. If you are not yet 18 years of age, you can buy items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

Click on the item you want and choose the right size. Then click the ”Add to cart”.  You are then able to see the items you have selected. To complete the order, you must fill in contact and delivery details. Then you choose the desired type of payment as well as delivery or pick-up, and press ”accept and buy”. Immediately you will receive an order copy in your mailbox.

FURMARK® CERTIFIED FUR FROM FINNISH RACOONS

Our fur materials come from Finnish racoons, which are an invasive species. These raccoons are carefully controlled and regulated in their natural habitat to protect the environment and maintain a healthy balance of animal species in the area. At MINI A TURE, we make products with care for the animals and the environment, which is why all our fur materials are FURMARK® certified, which means that they meet the applicable standards for quality and animal welfare.

Hoods with fur trim have various practical advantages. The fur's soft and dense texture acts as a natural insulation and barrier against wind and cold. In addition to warmth, the fur trim offers extra protection to the face and eyes by deflecting snow, sleet, and raindrops.
