What does OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 mean for this product?

MINI A TURE (MAT ApS) is the owner of two OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certificates, certified by the Danish Technological Institute, certificate numbers 2176-331 and 2276-366. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a label for textiles tested for harmful substances and sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.
