As of April 12th, 2025, we will introduce a return handling fee of 6,95 EUR on all returns. We do this because returns require extra transport and thus increased CO₂ emissions. At MINI A TURE we want to know and reduce our impact on the climate, and therefore we have
decided to estimate the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with our activities. When a product is transported forth and then back - and forth again to a new customer - it emits more than if it is used by the first recipient. We want to minimise unnecessary returns, that are
often due to uncertainty about size or fit. That's why we make an effort - through sizing guides and personalised guidance - to help you choose right the first time and hope that the return handling fee can help reduce the most unnecessary returns.
