Do I have to pay for returning a product?

Yes. As of 12 April 2025, we have introduced a return handling fee of 6,95 EUR when using our return portal/return label. We will only refund via the original payment method used when ordering. The return handling fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer a provider other than DHL/GLS for return shipment, you are welcome to return the parcel in your own way - however, we do not cover your own shipping costs, so it is not possible to get this refunded.

When will my return package be processed?

It takes up to 4-8 weekdays (Monday to Friday) to receive and process your return package at our warehouse. Once your return is registered, we will send a confirmation email and initiate the refund. It can take up to 10 banking days before the money is in your account. It is not possible to process the refund to a different credit card than the one used for the purchase. This also applies even if the product has been received as a gift.

How to return your product(s):

When you receive your package, a return form will be included, which should be filled out and enclosed with the returned package. This is done to ensure proper return handling and to provide you with the best possible service.

All products must be returned unused and in original condition, and the labels must not have been removed. If returned products are not in unused and original condition and with tags intact, we reserve the right to retain an appropriate amount.

When returning products, you should ensure that the products are securely packed. You are responsible for the package with the products until we receive it. Therefore, keep your receipt and any track & trace number.

If you wish to use your own carrier, the parcel must be returned directly to our warehouse at the address below, and you pay for the return shipping yourself. PLEASE NOTE! We do not collect parcels from post offices, parcel boxes or similar.

Exchange

If you want to exchange a product for another size, color or model, please do so by placing a new order in our webshop. The product you do not want to keep, please send back to our warehouse using our return portal.

Complaint

If you discover that a product is defective, please contact our Customer Service before returning the product to us. Our Customer Service will find the best possible solution for you.

For our Customer Service to assess the complaint, you must send pictures of the product as documentation or return the product to us.
This is agreed with customer Service upon request.
